SHIPPING:

Canadian.

Our shipping is calculated at normal post rates and average delivery times from Calgary, Canada via Canada Post or UPS.

FREE shipping on orders of merchandise exceeding $200.00 within Canada.

Orders are processed during opening hours from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding legal holidays. In the case that an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, after closing, or on a legal holiday, the shipment will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders will only be dispatched once the availability of the merchandise has been confirmed and the payment has been successfully processed. A slight delay in shipping times may occur if the merchandise is not available or if the information necessary to process the transaction has not been received all of which will be confirmed with the customer via email.

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected.

Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information.

There will be a 5% GST charge on all Canadian Orders.

International Shipping

KaaDiki ships worldwide via Canada Post, a world-class postal/courier service. International shipments are delivered by national postal services USPS or other logistics companies depending on the destination country. We also offer premium shipping options from UPS.

You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, if you do not receive notification please check your spam folder before contacting eric@kaadiki.com.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Kaadiki.com. is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

International orders are subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By purchasing on www.kaadiki.com. you understand that you are responsible for all such charges. All Sales are considered final when purchasing outside Canada or US.
